Payment and Refund Policy
Your payment is refundable 30 days or more prior to your trip start date, minus a 10% booking fee per reservation. This fee will be applied to all refunds, regardless of the circumstances. Payments are non-refundable within 30 days and will be paid to the guide(s) for lost work if the trip dates cannot be re-booked. Your payment confirms acceptance of our rate and refund policy.
Trips cancelled by the outfitter, guide or mutual guide/client decision due to unsafe weather or water conditions, state or federal closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances will have the entire trip refunded.
