Hometown: Issaquah, WA.

When did you begin your guiding career: At the age of 16 on the Yakima River in Washington state.

Favorite river around Missoula: I love them all but the Bitterroot and lower Clark Fork are special to me.

Favorite way to target trout: I have two favorite ways of targeting trout… head hunting with small dries or swinging with a trout spey.

Why guide out of Missoula: Missoula offers the most diverse fishing experience in the state. With hundreds of river miles to chose from everyday and prolific hatches, the fishing here never gets old.

How do you spend your off season: I spend my off season fishing for myself. With things wrapping up in Missoula around late October, I spend the rest of my fall chasing steelhead with a swung fly and hanging out with my partner, KynsLee Scott. Winter is for fly tying, skiing, and a lot more fishing!

I am a proud G Loomis Regional Pro and OPST Ambassador.
