How long have you been guiding and about how many days a year do you guide?
I have been guiding for 15 years in Montana. In a typical season I guide around 110 days.
Hobbies other than fishing?
Snowboarding/Backcountry touring, Mountain biking, Hiking, Overnight river camping, Golf, Photography, Surfing, Sailing, Playing the drums, Bird hunting, Whitewater rafting, Running, Swimming… I hope to add to the list with each new year.

Cuba, Before it becomes over fished. I better hurry!

What is your favorite type of fishing or what do you consider to be your guiding style?
I enjoy technical dry fly fishing and trying to stay calm and composed while offering plenty of positive reinforcement. It’s always rewarding after the rod is raised and the angler reveals a big smile of success.
